Occupational Therapy (OT) Pediatric OT focuses on helping children and teens develop the skills they need to grow into functional and independent adults. When working with children, occupational therapists use purposeful activities to assist children in performing their childhood “occupations” of play, learning, socializing, and self-care activities.
